How does a double-shaft meat mixer work?
When the twin-shaft meat mixer operates, its two mixing shafts rotate in opposite directions, moving the minced meat in both axial and radial directions for thorough blending. The blades also shear and knead the meat, ensuring a fine, even texture. For sticky ingredients, the ribbon-style blades continuously push material from one end of the tank to the other while mixing, guaranteeing consistent results.
